We thought it was about time we put a blog together of all the crazy happenings in our growing family. So here it is, we hope you all enjoy hearing our silly stories, viewing our family pictures, and staying in touch with our happenings. (Not that they will be that interesting, but you might find them entertaining.)
For those of you who we have not seen or been in touch with for a long time, here is a quick catch up into what our lives are like for the most part.
Since Bobby and I (in case most of you haven't figured out, Katie is the one who will be writing most of these blogs.) got married almost five years ago, we now have three perfect children. Luke is 3 1/2 and he is crazy. He says the funniest things and is full of life. Mattie is now 2 years old, and is adorable. She loves her brothers, and is already acting a little more like a mother, than a sister to them. Hey, I can use the help! Cade was just born this past April and is growing like a weed. He still doesn't do much other than sleep, poop, and eat; but he is starting to smile a bit, and boy is he beautiful! We moved to Charlotte this past January, and we are loving it, and all the new friends we have made.
Luke, Mattie, and Cade are surely the most wonderful kids in the world, and really are the reason for this family site of ours. Lets face it, very few of you want to see pictures of Bobby and myself. We pretty much look the same, where as our children are continuously growing more beautiful every day.
Feel free to leave comments, and I hope you all enjoy!

funny things my kids have said...
Bobby says to Luke, "Don't you want to go outside to play? It is so beautiful today!" Luke responds from inside the messy playroom, "But Dad, it is so beautiful inside here, too!"
For those of you who have young children who like to watch the Backyardigans, Luke wondered allowed the other day, "Do they ever play in the front yard?" It might not be so funny to you all, but I thought it was hysterical.
Luke and Mattie are constantly playing rough. So we often have to remind them to be gentle so no one gets hurt. One day Luke said something not so nice to Mattie, and we told him, Be careful you don't want to hurt Mattie's feelings. Luke quickly responded, "Where are Mattie's feelings?"
